We are happy to ship your purchase also ceramics to your home. Just give us a call or send us a fax. You may also ask for our Bunzlau ceramic order form or best together with our ceramic catalogue.
Payment is very simple. With your permission we charge your account with your invoice sum - no collection fee - 14 days after we have dispatched your order. Please therefore supply us with your bank details.
Customers from abroad we would request to pay by credit card and hence to supply us with the credit card details: number, date of expiry and provider - Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Diners.
Should your goods be found damaged when unpacking then please inform us within 3 days by phone or send us a fax - we will replace the items free of charge. See shipping conditions below. Should the goods not meet with your approval, you are free to exchange or return them within 10 days after receipt without any explanation.
The shipping costs including packaging and postage depend on the parcel´s weight and country of destination - see following table. You may assess how heavy your ceramic goods are by assuming a parcel weight of 2 kg per 50 Euro order.

1. We suggest paying by credit card. Once you have given us your card details, either by phone or spread over several emails for security reasons, we will debit your account.
2. Should the contents of the parcel be damaged (broken) due to shipping we would request you to inform us within 3 days of receiving the parcel. We shall pay for the return postage. The goods will be replaced. If the parcel itself is externally damaged please have this confirmed by the delivery man.
3. Should you wish to return or exchange your goods, please send them back to us well packed within 10 days, postage paid. No explanation is required.
4. Should part of your order not be in stock we will subsequently deliver it to you free of charge.
